Prep baseball: Granite Falls 9, Sultan 2

GRANITE FALLS — Granite Falls hit three home runs to earn its first win of the season. Greg Barnett, Junior Russell and Daniel Head all left the yard, with Head hitting a three-run shot in the fifth to break the game open. Sultan’s Jay Leverett finished 3-for-4 and drove in a run.
