LAKE STEVENS — Monroe outscored Lake Stevens 29-13 in the second quarter and the Bearcats went on to win the Wesco 4A North game. Riley Schelfhout led Monroe with 17 points. Trey Pavitt had 11 points and 11 rebounds for the Vikings.
