SAN DIEGO — Lake Stevens rallied in the fourth quarter to force overtime, but St. Stephens (Texas) edged the Vikings at the San Diego Surf ‘N Slam Tournament. Devin Stoen led Lake Stevens with 18 points. The Vikings play Mountain View (Utah) today at 8:30 a.m.
