Prep boys soccer: Sultan 1, Lakewood 0

SULTAN — Sultan senior Adrian Cayetano celebrated senior night by scoring the game’s lone goal — and his 10th of the year — as the Turks won the Cascade Conference game. Danny Arroyo recorded the shutout in goal for Sultan. Lakewood appeared to score a goal in the game’s final minutes but it was waved off by a controversial offsides penalty.
