ARLINGTON — Jayla Russ scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Arlington to a win over Wesco 4A North opponent Lake Stevens. Lyndsay Leatherman scored 12 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Eagles.
