SHORELINE — Casey Kispert scored 13 points, including four 3-pointers, to lead King’s to a win over Northwest in the first round of the 1A Tri-District 1/2/3 Tournament. King’s advances to play Port Townsend a fourth-place game on Thursday at Lynnwood H.S.
