MOUNT VERNON — Grace Kuipers scored 13 points and Carla van Rooyen added nine as Mount Vernon Christian beat Highland Christian in a 1B District 1 Tournament. Mount Vernon Christian advances to play the winner of Cedar Park Christian and Grace Academy on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
