MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Samantha Romanowski scored 18 points and Maddy Kristjanson added 16 points and eight rebounds as Mountlake Terrace defeated Cascade in a Wesco crossover game. Makinlee Sellevold led the Bruins with 13 points in the loss.
