Prep girls basketball: Shouth Whidbey 45, Granite Falls 37

LANGLEY — Southy Whidbey maintained its perch atop the Cascade Conference with a league win over the Tigers. Ellie Green scored 19 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Falcons. Lacey Williams also recorded double-digit rebounds with 10 to go with six points. The Tigers Rhiannon Alexander had 10 points and eight rebounds and Peyton Spencer topped Granite Falls in scoring with 15 in the losing effort.
