Prep girls basketball: Stanwood 57, Marysville Pilchuck 38

MARYSVILLE — Tristan Murphy scored 15 points and Julia Heichel added 14 to lead Stanwood to the win over Marysville Pilchuck. The win kept the Spartans tied with Everett for first place in the Wesco 3A North. The two teams face off on Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. at Stanwood H.S. Jenika Anglim led the Tomahawks, scoring 13 points.
