Prep girls soccer: Shorecrest 1, Ferndale 0

SHORELINE — Sophia Flohr scored the games lone goal in the 71st minute to lead Shorecrest to a win over Ferndale in a District 1 3A tournament game. The Scots advance to play the winner of Marysville Pilchuck/Stanwood in a winner-to-state game on Saturday.
