Prep softball: Monroe 10, Lake Stevens 8

LAKE STEVENS — Kiley Ochoa batted 4-for-5 with a double and Rachael Delamare finished 3-for-4 with a home run as Monroe defeated Lake Stevens in a Wesco 4A North game. Megan Barry went 2-for-4 with two doubles to lead the Vikings in the loss. With the win the Bearcats clinched the No. 3 seed in the 4A North for the upcoming district playoffs.
