Prep softball: Mountlake Terrace 10, Edmonds-Woodway 5

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Maddy Kristjanson hit a solo homerun and a grand slam in the bottom of the sixth to cap off an eight run inning, as Mountlake Terrace defeated Edmonds-Woodway in a nonleague game. Overall, Kristjanson batted 3-for-4 with two home runs, six RBI and three runs scored, all while pitching a complete game with seven strikeouts and one walk.
