Prep volleyball: Snohomish 3, Cascade 0

SNOHOMISH — Snohomish’s Jessica Brennis racked up 23 kills, two aces, and 13 digs as the Panthers clawed their win to a three-set win over Cascade in a Wesco 4A match on Thursday.

Kyla Mellick had 10 kills, five aces, two blocks, and 19 digs and Roz Gille had 14 kills and three blocks for Snohomish.

Leading Cascade was Vy Nguyen’s 18 assists and 13 digs, Michelle Dmitruk’s seven kills, and Emma Lessley’s six kills.
