Prep wrestling: The Clash XI

ROCHESTER, Minnesota— Lake Stevens defeated Green Valley (NV) 34-33 in their first match, but fell to Hastings (MN) and Prior Lake (MN) to finish tied for second-place in the fifth bracket at the Clash XI on Saturday.

Grizzlies’ 285 pound wrestler Brandon Johnson would win all three of his matches Saturday, including pinning Green Valley’s Carter Nielson in 23 seconds.
