Shorewood boys soccer loses in shootout, takes fourth

PUYALLUP — For the second straight match at the 3A state tournament Shorewood fell in penalty kicks, this time losing to Sunnyside 6-5 in the third place game. Taj McChesney put the T-birds up 1-0 in the first half with a penalty kick goal. Justin Collins gave Shorewood a 2-1 lead with a penalty kick goal of his own in the 76th minute.
