The preseason starts tonight

Hockey is back.

The first competitive hockey of the 2014-15 season is tonight as Everett takes on Victoria at 7 p.m. at Comcast Arena in its preseason opener. It’s the first of Everett’s three games this weekend at the Holiday Inn Preseason Classic, which also includes Seattle, Tri-City, Spokane and Portland (Seattle plays Tri-City at 11:30 a.m. and Spokane faces Portland at 3 p.m.), as well as the first of the Tips’ seven exhibition games total.

I fully expect there to be an announcement by the Tips of more player signings prior to tonight’s game, so look out for those.

Meanwhile, enjoy the above video featuring Brayden Low.
