8 a.m. — Green practice

9:15 a.m. — Blue practice

10:30 a.m. — Red practice

11:45 a.m. — Grey practice

1:15 p.m. — Goalie session

3 p.m. — Grey vs. Green

4:45 p.m. — Blue vs. Red

Scrimmages are two 30-minute halves. Team rosters can be found here, though I suspect there will be some changes to accommodate for no-shows. All sessions are at Comcast Arena and are open to the public free of charge.

I’m working on some stories this morning, so the Twitter updates will be infrequent during the practice sessions. It’ll pick back up again in the afternoon during the scrimmages.

—- UPDATE, 10 a.m.

The rosters have been updated for Friday. Tyler Sandhu has been switched from Team Green to Team Blue. Also, University of Washington club player Ryan Minkoff has been added to Team Blue to cover for no-shows. Two Team Blue players who weren’t here Thursday — Devan Purhar and Luke VanSchaack — are here Friday.
