The Seattle Seahawks have a situation at left tackle. Bradley Sowell has been the starter at left tackle, but he suffered a sprained MCL in his knee during last Sunday’s 6-6 tie against the Arizona Cardinals. He was replaced by George Fant, an undrafted rookie free agent who was a basketball player in college. So what are Seattle’s options at left tackle for this week’s game against the New Orleans Saints? Seahawks coach Pete Carroll discusses some of those options here:

Later during his press conference Carroll was asked about Sowell’s timetable for return, and Carroll said it’s as if Sowell isn’t injured at all and that he’s not feeling any pain. Carroll said Sowell shouldn’t be able to play Sunday, given the severity of the injury, but he didn’t completely rule it out. So I suppose Sowell may be a part of the mix, too.
