What is the Game of the Week?

The final week before the Christmas break brings a number of good matchups before area teams take some time off. The nice thing is they’re all league games and will start clearing up the league races with a whole month of league play left to play in January. Here’s a look at some of the best games of the week and which one should be The Herald Game of the Week:

o Girls: Everett (5-1) at Stanwood (5-1), Tuesday, 7:15 p.m.

o Girls: Arlington (5-0) at Snohomish (4-1), Tuesday, 7:15 p.m.

o Girls: Cedarcrest (7-0) at Archbishop Murphy (4-1), Tuesday, 7 p.m.

o Boys: Mountlake Terrace (5-1) at Glacier Peak (5-1), Thursday, 7:15 p.m.

o Girls: Monroe (3-3) at Lake Stevens (3-2), Thursday, 7:15 p.m.

o Boys: Kamiak (3-2) at Jackson, Thursday, 7:15 p.m.
