These people should be dedicated private- or public-sector individuals who excel in business, community involvement and support Snohomish County’s economic development. The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking decision makers from outdoors-oriented businesses to serve in the retailers and manufacturers advisory group. Applications should include detailed contact information, experience and effectiveness in marketing to anglers and potential anglers. The Internal Revenue Service has announced that 14 commercial software companies that provide their Free File tax prep products at no cost have begun offering their products at IRS.gov/freefile. Although you can complete and e-file your tax return now, the Free File companies will hold it until Jan. 31 when the IRS begins accepting returns.
