Work begins on new Edmonds mural
Work has begun on the newest mural mounted by the Edmonds Mural Society.
The mural, “Untitled,” by Seattle muralist John Osgood, features an abstracted ferry scene. The mural is being painted on the west wall of Girardi’s Restaurant, 504 Fifth Ave., Edmonds.
“Untitled” is the 12th mural raised by the Mural Society, which has been operating for four years.
To protect the murals from fading or weather damage, Society volunteers primer the wall before the mural is painted, and seal the mural afterward.
