Victor’s Pick:

So it isn’t the Boston Red Sox making history, or the New York Yankees rewriting it – again.
But VH1’s “World Series of Pop Culture” has got me on the edge of my seat, and the grand finale airs at 10 tonight.
Sixteen three-person teams started the bracket tournament, facing off to flaunt their knowledge of important topics such as movie quotes, “Friends,” rap music and sitcom dads.
It’s the perfect antidote to “Jeopardy!” But that could be because I know most of the answers.
The final two teams will square off for $250,000 tonight, but it’s not about the money for those watching. It’s about proving that you have more meaningless knowledge in your head than the people on TV or, more importantly, the friends with whom you’re watching.
So throw some popcorn in the microwave and invite some pals over. It’s gonna be big.
