‘Zoom’

Former superhero Jack (Tim Allen, right) is called back to work to transform an unlikely group of ragtag kids (left to right, Michael Cassidy, Kate Mara, Spencer Breslin and Ryan Newman) into superheroes at a private academy in “Zoom,” opening today without a screening for reviewers. The movie, rated PG, is showing at Alderwood, Everett, Galaxy, Marysville, Mountlake, Meridian, Woodinvile, Cascade.
