National Family Volunteer Day is Saturday

Those who study families say that volunteering together strengthens bonds and provides quality time for busy parents and kids. And the work helps communities.
On Saturday, thousands of families across the country are expected to participate in National Family Volunteer Day, doing service projects from cleaning parks to visiting nursing homes.
