Links from the airport

Here are a few links while I’m killing time at the San Francisco Airport waiting for my flight to Hawaii (speaking of SFO, did anyone else know that some of the terminals here aren’t connected, meaning you have go back through security for a layover if, for example, your flight in is on Alaska and you’re connecting to a Northwest flight? Ridiculous. But enough about my travel complaints). On the plus side, they seem to have free internet in this place, so I guess we’ll call it even.

Anyway, here’s a story looking at the difficulties the Warriors had getting good teams to play them this year. We also had this notebook, which leads of with a bit on defensive end Daniel Te’o-Nesheim, who has called Samoa, Mill Creek, Hawaii, and now Seattle home.

Here’s a story from the Honolulu Advertiser about the rain that shortened yesterday’s practice.

The Honolulu Star-Bulleting has a similar story on the rain, which is supposed to slow over the weekend, but could still be a factor come game time (and much more importantly, it could get in the way of beach time for us).

That’s all for now. I’ll try to check in once or twice before the game, then provide updates while the game is in progress.
