Dec. 9

Traffic. 13800 block SR 527. An Edmonds man rear-ended a Snohomish woman causing her to rear end a Seattle woman. There were no injuries.

Simple Assault. 1500 block 136th Street SE. A juvenile female was arressted for assulting another juvenile female. The suspect was suspended from school and tken home to her grandmother.

Recovered vehicle. Bothell-Everett Hwy. A vehicle stolen in Des Moines was recovered in Mill Creek.

Dec. 8

Mental Hold. Mill Pointe Road and Seattle Hill Road. Mill Creek police were dispatched to assist personnel in transporting a subject to Stevens Hospital for mental evaluation. The Everett resident was willing to go.

Property Damage. 2700 block 163rd Pl SE. A man reported that the rear window of his vehicle had been smashed but that nothing was taken.

Dec. 7

Theft. 1500 block Mill Creek Blvd. Woman reported that her car had been broken into and that her CD deck and radar detector had been stolen. Total value $800.

Theft. 1500 block Mill Creek Blvd. Car stereo equipment was taken from a vehicle parked in a parking lot. Value $600.

Property damage. 1400 block 35th Ave SE. Three juveniles were found vandalizing vehicles in a commercial parking lot.

Dec. 6

Animal impound. 1500 block 132nd Ave. SE. Mill Creek police took a cat into custody.

Warrant arrest. 110 block 164th St SE. Two juveniles were stopped by Mill Creek officers. One juvenile had an outstanding warrant and was transported to Denny Youth Center.

Forgery. 900 block 161st St. SE. A Mill Creek bank reported that a female attempted to cash a fake check with a forged signature.

Dec. 5

Traffic. 1400 block North Creek Drive. Police responded to a report pf a DUI driver. Police located the suspect as she arrived home. She was arrested and issued a citiation for DUI.

Theft. 3100 block 149th Pl SE. Resident reported a computer stolen out of his vehicle.

Forgery. 15000 27th Drive SE. A woman reported that someone had used her credit card to purchase items from a clothing store. Investigation pending.

Dec. 4

Traffic. 900 block of 164th St. SE. Police stopped an Everett woman for a traffic violation. Computer check revealed that her driver’s license was suspended and a misdemeanor warrant was outstanding. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Accident. Seattle Hill Road. Two-vehicle accident involving two local resididents. One driver was transported to the hospital. Both cars were towed from the scene.

Auto Theft. 1400 block of North Creek Drive. Resident reported his vehicle was stolen sometime on Thanksgiving Day.

Traffic. 2800 block Seattle Hill Road. Snohomish woman stopped for speeding. Investigation showed her driver’s license suspended and her car equipped with the wrong license plates. She was booked into the Lynnwood City Jail.

Theft from auto. 30th Avenue SE. Woman reported that someone had entered her car and taken $200 in rolled change overnight.

Hit and Run. 16th Ave SE and SR 527. Police responded to a hit and run accident after an unlicensed juvenile driver backed into a vehicle at a stop sign, drove into the same vehicle again then left the scene.

Dec. 2

Traffic. 900 block of 164th St. SE. Police stopped a vehicle without a license plate. The driver was using an expired trip permit and was cited for the offense.

Theft from auto. 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A Mill Creek woman reported her boyfriend’s vehicle had been broken into sometime during the night. A CD player was taken. Estimated loss: $800.

Dec. 1

Traffic. 1600 block of 132nd St. SE. Mill Creek officers stopped a Snohomish man for a traffic violation. During the contact, officers learned the man had not transferred the vehicle title into his name within 45 days. The man was issued a criminal citation.

Driving while license suspended. Intersection of Highway 527 and Highway 96. Police stopped an Everett resident for a traffic violation and it was determined during the stop the driver had a suspended driving status and outstanding warrants. He was arrested.

Theft from a building. 1100 block of 146th St. SE. A Mill Creek resident reported his video game had been stolen from his home sometime during the night..

Theft from a building. 1500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A Mill Creek resident reported someone stole her silver flatwear. Estimated loss: $3,799.

Forgery of checks. 1400 block of 27th Dr. SE. A couple reported they had been called by an Everett retail store saying someone had attempted to cash one of their checks that was apparently stolen in the mall.
