Edmonds schools

to open Sept. 3

The Edmonds School District will begin classes, as scheduled, on Tuesday, Sept. 3. There is no threat of labor action by the teachers, who are entering the second year of a three year agreement.

Immunizations

now available

Snohomish Health District will offer back-to-school immunizations at its clinic in Lynnwood on a walk-in basis throughout the day from Monday, Aug. 19 through Tuesday, Sept. 3; and afternoons Wednesday, Sept. 4 through Friday, Sept. 6.

The Lynnwood SHD South County Clinic is located at 6101 200th Ave SW, and Walk-in hours run from Aug. 19-Sept. 3: Monday, Tuesday &Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Walk-in hours for Sept. 4-6 are available on Wednesday and Friday, 1-4:30 p.m.; Thursday, 1-5:30 p.m. Please call for more information: 425-775-3522 or 425-778-5417 (TTY).

Clothes for Kids

is now opens

Clothes for Kids opens to Edmonds School District K-12 students for back to school wardrobes. During August, the program will be open 9-11:30 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 16725 52nd Ave. W. in Lynnwood. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. each
