Subdivisions to be reviewed by hearing examiner

Two possible residential subdivisions in unincorporated areas around Mill Creek will come before the Snohomish County Hearing Examiner on Wednesday, May 21.
One rezone concerns 6.6 acres of property on the east side of Sunset Road north of 169th Street SE and south of 164th Street SE. If approved, the rezone will allow 28 single-family residential lots. The property is located within the Urban Growth Area for the city of Mill Creek, and will come before the hearing examiner at 9 a.m.
A second rezone concerns 4.6 acres of property about a mile north of Bothell’s city limits in the vicinity of the intersection of 35th Avenue SE and 188th Street SE. If approved, the rezone will allow 22 single-family residential lots. The property will come before the hearing examiner at 11 a.m.
