Everett City Council, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore Ave. The City Council is scheduled to hear a request by Providence Everett Medical Center to rezone land for a planned expansion.

Monroe City Council, 7 p.m. today at City Hall, 806 W. Main St., Monroe. The council plans to discuss changing traffic impact fees.

Snohomish City Council, 7 p.m. today in the George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Ave. D, Snohomish. The council plans to discuss a proposed downtown parking lot.
