Victim of tractor accident identified

MACHIAS — The Snohomish County Medical Examiner identified the man who died Sunday in a tractor accident as Russell Westover, 45, of Snohomish.
Westover was doing work on his property around 1:30 p.m. Sunday when the tractor flipped on top of him, Snohomish County sheriff’s Lt. Rodney Rochon said. The tragedy occurred as his family was preparing for a Mother’s Day dinner.
The death was ruled an accident.
