The state Department of Corrections’ Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders.

If you have info on them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-290-3200. Callers do not have to give their names.

Carlos Rivera

Age: 23

Height: 5 feet 6 inches

Weight: 130 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Rivera has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 1 registered sex offender and is being supervised for second-degree child molestation.

Joseph Catway

Age: 24

Height: 5 feet 10 inches

Weight: 170 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Catway has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree robbery.
