Stampede runs over Explosion in first game of their NABL playoff series

SALEM, Ore. — The Snohomish County Explosion dropped the first game of its best-of-three NABL playoff series against the Salem Stampede, losing 169-144 Sunday.
Guard Chris Ferguson scored a career-high 43 points, including nine 3-pointers, and Chris Weakley added 35 points for the Explosion. Game 2 is next Sunday in Monroe.
