Police foundation information session in Snohomish

SNOHOMISH — The Snohomish Police Foundation is inviting people this weekend to come learn about the nonprofit, which raises money to support police programs in Snohomish.
The meet-and-greet is planned from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the police station parking lot at the corner of Third Street and Maple Avenue.
There will be police station tours, free hot dogs, cocoa and cider. Snohomish-area firefighters also will there to share information about fire prevention.
