Everett stench likely related to construction

EVERETT — A stink in downtown Everett on Thursday afternoon was related to a construction project.

A fuel-like smell wafted over the area in the late afternoon. It was most likely due to concrete being sealed at Library Place, officials said.

There were no reported health concerns from the smell.
