Try initiative to ban time change

If Tim Eyman really needs a project, I have just the thing. How about getting rid of the time changes in Washington state? My unofficial straw poll found no one likes it.

Everyone, in all age groups, is affected. The kids are zombies at school, working folks are ineffectual, and even retired folk like me find it just inconvenient. Everyone is grumpy. And the pets! They just don’t know when their next meal is coming. Almost everyone is glad for the Daylight Saving Time, but really hates the changeover. This could be a win-win for Tim. People who are not really fond him would like him (for a while), and those who like him would just be gushing.

Let’s get to work on this!
