High Court made right call on taxes

At last the Washington Supreme Court has ruled it is unconstitutional to require two-thirds majority votes to raise a tax in the state Legislature. I have never considered this to be a good thing, allowing as few as 35 percent of the voters on a question the ability to deep-six the vote of the majority. Do the math and go with majority-rule democracy.
