Wednesday Seahawks-49ers injury report

No big surprises on today’s injury report for the Seahawks. Though you will notice that TE Cooper Helfet and C Max Unger are listed as not practicing while Carroll said they would do some work earlier in the day. The reason for that is that for a player to be listed as participating, he has to take part in some of the team activities during practice. When talking to the media, Carroll might say those players are going to practice, but if they only go through warmups and some individual drills, that doesn’t count in the eyes of the league. As always, Marshawn Lynch sat out Wednesday, and as always, that’s not a reason for concern.
SEAHAWKS
Did not participate: RB Marshawn Lynch (back), DE Demarcus Dobbs (ankle), C Max Unger (ankle/knee), TE Cooper Helfet (ankle).
