Monday’s highlights on TV include:

The new musical comedy “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” just might be a crazy good time. Rachel Bloom shines as a successful, but unhappy, New York lawyer who moves across the country to win back her former summer camp sweetheart. Oh, and she breaks into song every now and then. 8 p.m., The CW

How do you improve upon near perfection? “Fargo,” one of last year’s most impressive TV achievements, tries to do just that with a whole new story, new time period and a great new cast that includes Kirsten Dunst, Patrick Wilson, Jesse Plemons, Jean Smart and Ted Danson. 10 p.m., FX
