EVERETT — Temperatures are expected to rise and rain is on the way in the next week, according to the National Weather Service.
There’s a chance things could get windy in parts of Snohomish County, as well. The timing and strength of storms is uncertain at this point, the weather service said Saturday.
Heavy rainfall on the west slopes of the Cascade Range between Monday and Wednesday is expected to feed local rivers. Flooding is possible, as are scattered power outages if the wind picks up.
