Kiwanis name Citizen of the Quarter

The Kiwanis Club of Snohomish recently named Dennis Walters its Citizen of the Quarter. Walters is a Scout master of Boy Scouts Troop 91 and has been involved in Scout leadership since 1996. In that time, 65 of the 222 boys he has helped lead have attained the rank of Eagle Scout, including his two sons, now adults.
