This week’s featured new construction is a four-bedroom tri-level located in the Campbell Crossing development in Mukilteo. It has views of Puget Sound and Whidbey Island, and includes 3.5 bathrooms, a home theater, home office, heated three-car tandem garage and an entertainment-sized deck with outdoor fireplace.

Interior features include white oak flooring, granite slab and travertine countertops, porcelain tile surrounds and flooring, custom wood mantels, custom cherry paneled cabinets, full wood-wrapped windows on the main floor, Craftsman-style millwork, surround sound and stainless steel appliances.

The main floor is comprised of a foyer, formal living and dining rooms, kitchen and informal dining nook, family room, home office and powder room. Downstairs, the home theater, one bedroom, a full bathroom and access to the garage complete the level.

Upstairs, the third level includes a library, laundry room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a luxurious bedroom suite with five-piece bathroom.

Kitchen highlights include a two-tiered breakfast bar with slab granite top, cherry paneled cabinets, drop down and recessed lighting, built-in pantry cupboard, convection wall-oven and microwave, and a five-burner gas cook-top.

The living room shares a see-through fireplace with the deck. A gas fireplace provides the focal point in the spacious family room. Both fireplaces have a porcelain tile hearth and border with wood mantels, and wiring for flat screens above.

A French door opens from the home office and dining room to the full-length front deck. A storefront door opens to a cedar deck overlooking the back yard.

The bedroom suite has an extra-large sleeping area, a vaulted ceiling, sitting area, and three oversized windows framing the view. The suite’s bathroom has travertine flooring, a double vanity topped with porcelain tile, large soaker tub encased in tile with glass mosaic tile accents, walk-in double shower, and a walk-in wardrobe closet with built-in organizer system.

All three remaining bedrooms are generously proportioned, and two include walk-in wardrobe closets. The upstairs laundry room is plumbed and wired for gas/electric, with cherry paneled cabinets extended across an entire wall.
