Built by Lakeland Homes, the floor plan stretches over 2,464 square feet and includes a downstairs bedroom, a den or home office and a sprawling bonus room.
Leaded glass inset and vertical windows grace the entry, which is decked with Swedish-finished oak flooring that extends into the hall, kitchen, eating nook and family rooms.
Paned glass French doors open to a room that can be used as a den or office. It has Category V high-tech network cabling positioned to the immediate right.
A center-island design kitchen is highlighted by maple-paneled cabinets and crown molding stained a honey/pecan color. Granite tile covers all horizontal surfaces.
