This week’s featured home has four bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms, and is located on a cul-de-sac in Creekside at Quil Ceda subdivision, north of Marysville.

Built by Steven D. Andersen Construction Inc., the home has Category V high-tech wiring and is serviced by city-provided water and sewer, and natural gas.

Leaded glass double doors open to a foyer decked with wide maple planking that extends throughout much of the main level. Steps away, a great room combines formal living and dining rooms. A high, hip vault ceiling highlights the living room and is augmented by two privacy windows and a large, wood-wrapped window.

Dining room appointments include a double coffered ceiling complemented by double crown molding and a chandelier that matches the one in the entry.

A kitchen has an island, granite slab countertops and mini-brick ceramic tile backsplashes that ascend to maple-paneled cabinets. Other amenities include drop-down lighting, a two-compartment stainless steel sink and a stainless steel appliance package that includes a built-in wall oven, a microwave and a four-burner gas cooktop. An oversized, walk-in pantry has wire storage shelves.

An adjacent small nook area provides a buffer between the kitchen and family room. Sliding glass doors open to an expansive exposed aggregate patio and a generous back yard.

A floor-to-ceiling, cultured-stone wall frames a gas fireplace and raised hearth in the family room. The room also benefits from a 9-foot ceiling, carpeting and a large window overlooking the back yard.

Also on the main floor are a home office that could also serve as a bedroom, a three-quarter bathroom and a finished, three-car garage with double and single doors. Bathroom features include a ceramic-tile floor, a single vanity and a freestanding shower.

An L-shaped staircase with a wrought iron railing ascends upstairs where the bedrooms, a bonus room, a full bath and a laundry room complete the home.

French doors open to an oversized master suite with room for a sitting area. A five-piece bathroom includes ceramic tile flooring, a double vanity, a corner soaker tub with a deck and surround, a freestanding shower and a skylight.

Also upstairs are two linen closets and the laundry room with a storage closet, ceramic tile flooring and a built-in tub encased in tile. The full bathroom includes a double vanity with a tile top, a full-length mirror, alabaster light fixtures, ceramic tile flooring and a shower/tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.

Completing the home is the large bonus room with a vaulted ceiling.
