A two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story townhome in a four-unit complex in North Everett is our featured resale property today. It was built in 2007.

Both bedrooms are suites with their own full bathroom. The suites are on the entry level, and the main living area is on the upper level.

From beneath a long covered porch, the townhome’s front door opens to a small foyer open to the top level. The foyer has hickory-style Pergo-type laminate flooring, and this flooring extends down a long hall that leads from the foyer to the two bedroom

suites and a laundry room.

The bedroom suites are identical, with light brown cut-pile carpeting, a walk-in wardrobe closet with small window, and two oversized windows in the bedroom facing the front yard and the back yard, respectively.

Each bedroom suite’s full bathroom is completed with faux tile vinyl flooring, an elongated single vanity made of maple and topped with granite tile, and a shower-tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.

The laundry room is positioned at the back of the unit and includes an access door to the partially fenced back yard, which consists mainly of a concrete-tiled courtyard that is shared with the three other units.

A staircase in the foyer ascends to the upper level, which includes a great-room encompassing a living room, dining area and kitchen. In addition to the great-room, there is a den or home office and a half bathroom on the upper level.

The great-room has the same hickory-style laminate flooring used in the foyer and hall.

Highlights of the living room include a gas fireplace with white painted decorative surround, a vaulted ceiling, and a French door that opens to a balcony overlooking the street and front yard.

In the dining area, there are three vertical windows at the side of the townhome.

Features of the compact, U-shaped kitchen include maple cabinets with decorator shelves, granite tile countertops with a tiled backsplash, a window above the sink overlooking the rear courtyard, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and a short breakfast bar.

The den or home office has light brown cut pile carpeting and a vaulted ceiling. The half bathroom includes tile flooring and a pedestal sink.

The home has a gas forced air heating system and a security system.
