This week’s featured new home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a daylight basement.

The 3,864-square-foot home was built by PBR Quality Construction and includes almost 5 acres. It also has a three-car garage that encompasses more than 1,000 square feet.

Also included are air conditioning, a heat pump, dual hot water tanks with recirculating hot water, a security system, a central vacuum and hot/cold exterior hose bibs.

Upgraded features inclue high-profile stainless steel appliances, slab granite and ceramic tile countertops, ceramic tile flooring and surrounds, heated flooring, a heated towel rack in the master bath, two gas fireplaces and a wet bar.
