This week’s featured home is a three-bedroom, three-bath, three-level A-frame at Lake Roesiger near Snohomish. The home has Craftsman-style influences and an outdoor shower, and the property includes a finger pier accessing the lake.

Another flight of stairs descends to the third level, which is comprised of the extra-large rec room, and two additional bedrooms served by a third full bathroom.
The rec room includes has a gas fireplace, refrigerator and built-in ice maker. Two French doors open to the patio and access to the pier and lake.
Both bedrooms are generously proportioned, and one overlooks the lake. The bathroom has a single vanity topped with slab granite, and a shower/tub combination with ceramic tile surround.
