A switchback staircase ascends to the second level, which consists of three bedrooms, a full bathroom, laundry room and bedroom suite.
The powder room is completed with vinyl flooring and a single vanity topped with a ceramic tile countertop and backsplash.
The center-island kitchen is highlighted by slab granite countertops, oak flooring, stainless steel appliances, Shaker-style maple-paneled cabinets with crown molding and plant shelves, and a pantry closet behind the breakfast bar.
Hardwood flooring extends into the nook, which has sliding glass doors that open to an exposed aggregate backyard patio.
Steps away is the family room, which includes a natural gas fireplace trimmed with a ceramic tile hearth and border. The room also has an oversized rectangular-shaped window and a storage closet.
Any of the three bedrooms could be utilized as a home office. One is larger than the others and includes both a walk-in wardrobe closet and paneled sliding doors enclosing a standard closet.
Features of the full bathroom include a single vanity topped with tile, complementary vinyl flooring, and a shower/tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.
The laundry room has vinyl flooring and includes a ventilated wire storage shelf.
The bedroom suite has a generously-proportioned sleeping area with three windows. A wardrobe closet includes multi-tiered wire storage shelves on three walls.
Features of the suite’s five-piece bathroom include a double vanity topped with ceramic tile, a full-length vanity mirror, vinyl flooring, soaker tub with ceramic tile backsplash, and a freestanding shower with fiberglass shell and clear glass enclosure.
