This week’s featured new home is a four-bedroom plus loft, 2.5-bath, two-story duplex condominium unit located in Everett. It has 2,351 square-feet of living space with an attached two-car garage, a large fenced back yard with cedar deck, and an adjacent permanent greenbelt.

Vitals include city water and sewer, natural gas furnace and hot water, a brushed cement drive and professional landscaping.

Faux hardwood laminate flooring covers the entry area and extends into the dining room, kitchen and informal dining nook. A great-room combines formal living and dining rooms. It is brightened by four large windows, and completed with two-tone paint, plush carpeting, a nine-foot ceiling and an L-shaped closet carved from the stairwell.

Kitchen features include hemlock-paneled cabinets with crown molding and plant shelves, ceramic tile countertops and backsplash with glass tile accents, a breakfast bar, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances.

Steps away, the dining nook has a sliding glass door that opens to a cedar deck and the back yard. The nook serves as a buffer between the kitchen and family rooms.

The family room includes a corner gas fireplace with granite tile and ceramic tile borders. A built-in entertainment or decorator niche is positioned above, with an oversized window facing the rear.

A powder room and the garage complete the main living floor. The powder room has a pedestal sink, vertical vanity mirror, vinyl flooring and Alabaster light fixtures. An access door opens to the garage.

A staircase ascends to the sleeping quarters. At the top of the landing is a loft, which could be converted for use as a home office, play room or fifth bedroom. It includes a standard closet.

The three bedrooms are all generously proportioned and two include walk-in wardrobe closets. The full bathroom is completed with a single vanity topped with ceramic tile, complementary vinyl flooring, and a shower/tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.

Completing the home is a bedroom suite with a high vaulted ceiling, walk-in wardrobe closet and full bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity with tile top and backsplash, matching vinyl flooring, Alabaster lighting and a shower/tub combination with faux white tile fiberglass shell.
