Our featured resale home this week is located a short distance from the city of Snohomish, in the Ridge at Fobes Hill development.

The 3,316 square-feet two-story has four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage. It was built in 2008 and is on a .46-acre lot backed by a greenbelt.

Exterior details include wood shake trim, stone accents and landscape lighting. From the covered front porch, a door with a leaded glass window opens to the foyer.

Inside, dark oak flooring, a grand staircase and a decorative wall niche provide architectural distinctions.

Left of the foyer is a carpeted living room with white millwork. An arched entry leads from the living room to the dining room, which has a chandelier and a view window overlooking the back yard.

The kitchen is fitted with oak flooring, cherry cabinets, granite countertops and a tile backsplash. It has stainless steel appliances and an island with propane cooktop. Additional features include pendant and under-cabinet lighting and a walk-in pantry.

A dining area, with a door to the deck, separates the kitchen from the family room, which has a propane fireplace trimmed with tile and white millwork.

Right of the foyer, a carpeted office is highlighted by crown molding.

Down the hall are a powder room, access to the garage, and a laundry room. The laundry room has vinyl flooring, built-in cabinets, a folding counter and a utility sink.

A carpeted stairway with wooden banister leads upstairs, where a French door opens to a large bedroom suite. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a sitting area next to view windows. The suite’s bathroom has tile flooring and countertops, a double vanity, glass-encased shower, and a toilet closet. Two windows are positioned above a soaking tub.

Three large secondary bedrooms are carpeted and each has a walk-in closet.

A hall bathroom has vinyl flooring, a double vanity and a shower/tub combination.

A step-down provides access to a bonus room with two windows.

Stairs lead from the fenced back yard’s wooden deck to a concrete patio.

The garage has upper storage and a workbench. The home has propane forced air heat.
